Repair To Any Damaged Areas Of The Rug

Every area rug is washed, repaired, and restored by hand in the same manner as the area rug was made. While this method takes longer, we feel it is the only true way to care for area rugs.
Deep Submersion Process
After we pretreat your spots we will soak it in our in-ground rug pool, where we run flowing water through your rug along with our rug cleaning solutions. This is similar to the traditional way of washing your rug in a river, so. water will flow through the carpet, taking all the soiling, smells, spots and cleaning solutions with it. At the end of this process we flush the rug with cold water while gentle scrubbing both sides of your rug to make sure there is nothing left in your carpet.
Area Rug Centrifuge
Leaving a rug wet for hours can cause mildew and the potential for mold and mildew growing in your area rug. We use a commercial grade rug centrifuge that will extract everything in your rug in less than 5 minutes, spinning everything out of the carpet in preparation for its final drying. It is similar to your washing machine cycle.
Drying Racks & Temperature Controlled Room
Our Facility has two drying areas. We have custom drying racks that we hang your rug on after our final inspection. However, some delicate rugs need more care than that so we also have a temperature controlled drying room for specialty rugs and animal skins.
